We had a very good time at this art hotel in Guayaquil. The room was modern, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff was exceptionally service-oriented and offered excellent services. Our room had a private bathroom with all the essentials.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it ventilates through the room itself. Quite expensive everything /laundry, minibar, drink bar, etc./

an old hotel being refurbished constantly,also during my stay (entrance & facade directly around my window for more than a week) and by the time they finish it will be out of date again.

Breakfast constantly the same ( the only variation is : from the 3 juices they change 1 per day, the other 2 stay the same) They charge 48$ extra for each visitor (ladies) although the price is high for Ecuador allready. the explanation is : security of the guests??
